What is Timberlee Hills’ capacity?

We have two reception spaces at Timberlee Hills. Our smaller, more intimate room can seat up to 70 guests. Our larger space can accommodate up to 280. Learn more about our venue here.

Can we provide our own alcohol?

Timberlee Hills has its own liquor license, which means all alcohol must be purchased through us. Outside alcohol cannot be brought on-site. We pride ourselves in our competitive prices and work with every customer to ensure a cost-effective bar setup.

How late can the party go?

Last call for the bar is announced at 10:30 p.m., while last song is played at 11 p.m. We require everyone leaves the venue by midnight.

How do we secure our date?

Once you have decided on a date, we require a signed contract and 25 percent deposit. Send us a message to learn more about our availability and booking your wedding or event.

Is Timberlee Hills close to town?

We are located six miles outside of Traverse City in Leelanau County. As an added service, our shuttle will travel to many area hotels to ensure an easy commute for you and your guests.

Is the building air conditioned?

Yes, our building is temperature controlled 24/7 in effort to keep our guests comfortable. Our covered patio also is equipped with siding to ensure your guests stay warm in the colder months.

What types of events can we host at Timberlee Hills?

Timberlee Hills can accommodate a variety of events, ranging from wedding ceremonies and receptions to birthday parties and corporate events.

Do you book multiple events in the same weekend?

In order to give our guests the best possible experience, we do not host Friday and Saturday events back-to-back.

Is Timberlee Hills open year-round?
